The approved public frame is $39 CAD per user, per month. It identifies the lighter tier for core IT and Microsoft 365 stewardship; it does not, by itself, promise unlimited advice, administration, support, hours, projects, or a response target.

A fuller MSP frame with additional review disciplines
The approved public frame is $49 CAD per user, per month. Its documented distinction is security baselines, an audit cadence, and priority support in addition to the Essential positioning. Those terms require a written service definition before they can be relied upon.

The price is public. The service definition is not yet published.
The approved repository sources define Essential as core IT and Microsoft 365 stewardship, and Plus as a fuller MSP frame with security baselines, audit cadence, and priority support. They do not define hours, covered systems, response targets, frequency, licensing, implementation, or the exact meaning of priority support.
Consider a plan only when the written agreement states:
- covered users and systems, plus explicit exclusions;
- cadence, channels, and any response targets—or their absence;
- what counts as advisory, support, administration, or separate project work;
- deliverables, client responsibilities, terms, and exit conditions.
